איך מטמיעים GenAI בצוותי Finance גלובליים
Recently, I was appointed as the GenAI Champion within the Amdocs Finance offering. 🚀 This role is not just a title for me; it's an opportunity to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous learning within our team. 💼
One of my first initiatives as GenAI Champion was to launch a comprehensive learning program aimed at empowering our global teams 🌐 I believe in the power of live sessions and in-person events to truly engage and inspire, so I made sure to incorporate plenty of those into our program. 🗣️💡
This week marked the kickoff of our program, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! 🎉 During the event, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote where I delved into the latest developments in the GenAI space, shared personal anecdotes, and showcased some cool tools that developers are already using in their daily coding assignments.💻 GenAI isn't just for the techies; it's for EVERYONE, including us in finance! 💼✨ The response from the team was absolutely incredible, and I could feel the energy and excitement in the room as we explored the endless possibilities of GenAI in our daily work. 🌈
🎨 In the second part of the event, we kicked off a fun and interactive workshop where each team member got to unleash their creativity by creating photos of themselves as imaginary characters using GenAI tools. 🧙♂️🦸♀️ The results were so amazing and some were genuinely hilarious! 😂
But this is just the beginning of our journey! 🚀 I'm already planning additional sessions where we'll dive deeper into prompt engineering, get familiar with even cooler tools, and learn how to leverage GenAI to enhance our productivity and deliver exceptional quality in our work. 📈
Additionally, I'm in the process of building a community of GenAI influencers within our team, because together, we can collaborate and share best practices to drive even greater success. 🤝
I couldn't be more excited to embark on this journey! 💫 Let's keep the momentum going and crush our goals together. 💪
